Lucy and Kyle originally wanted to tie the knot in California, where they live, but unfortunately, their grandfather, who lives in Colorado, had to go through intense chemotherapy and was unable to travel. They wanted their grandfather to be at the wedding so badly that they decided to get married in Colorado instead.
Lucy and Kyle said "I Do" on the dock at Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park in front of their closest friends and family. The towering mountaintops made for the perfect backdrop and poetically framed this beautiful couple.
Lucy (and I) were obsessed with how beautiful her bouquet was. She chose the colors mint and pink but was surprised to find little pearls hidden inside the white flowers.
Lucy was so humble in her beauty that I couldn't help but take way too many photos of her.
Kyle couldn't help but stare into Lucy's bright blue eyes the entire time we were taking photos. I don't blame him!
Although Lucy and Kyle had been together for 6 years before getting married, their moments alone together always seemed like their first. Their love for one another was sp obviously deep, that it was very moving to watch them together.
Congratulations Lucy and Kyle, I wish you only the best!
