Kayla Class of 2021: Senior vip experience at standley lake

I first met Kayla when she won a prize during Senior Week (an event I used to hold). She was so full of life and so fun to be around. Her energy was contagious. It wasn’t long after that we became good friends. I have been lucky enough to have Kayla in front of my camera before and was so excited to be able to take her senior pictures. Kayla is confident in herself and you can tell she loves being in front of the camera. That confidence and vibrant, fun energy just shines through her photos. She has beautiful brown eyes that really popped with her dark hair and the outfits she decided to wear.  

For Kayla’s Senior VIP Experience she wanted to have her shoot at Standley Lake in Arvada! This location offers everything she was looking for. It was a hot July day, but that didn’t stop us from finding ways to use the heat to our advantage. Like our time spent playing in the water or finding the little nooks of shade that added to the beauty of her pictures. It was hard narrowing down which images to share! They were all beautiful! 

Kayla, thank you for choosing me to take your senior pictures. Your personality and love for life is contagious. Always stay true to who you are, be brave and take leaps, and I can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! Congratulations on your graduation!
