I offer locations for the senior photography sessions and I offer additional locations for the VIP experience. Whichever you choose, I will be there to make your sessions the perfect day you’ve been dreaming about. I’ve laid out the top three things you should keep in mind when you are deciding on a location to use for your senior picture photo shoot. Besides your outfit, the location of your photo shoot is one of the most important decisions you’ll make so be sure to do your research, read this blog and of course, reach out and ask me any questions! I’ve been to a lot of places and can help steer you in the direction you are wanting. Tip #1: Do I like indoors or outdoors?Even though your studio photo shoot is indoors, that doesn’t mean you have to do an outdoors photoshoot for your location shoot. If you are more comfortable inside, go with what makes you feel most confident. Outside photo shoots offer more nature and options when it comes to backgrounds. But there are plenty of locations that have beautiful backdrops that are inside. Don’t hesitate on your first gut feeling on this as well… usually what your gut is telling you is where you will feel most comfortable. Tip #2: what location brings out your personality? When thinking about taking your senior pictures, always think about what location will bring out your genuine, authentic personality. When you’re surrounded by endless pine trees in the mountains, does that make you feel free, confident, excited and happy? Or would that make you feel anxious and nervous? Do you see how just picking the right location can make all the difference? Really think about who you are and what makes you shine. Beautiful photos are not just in the editing. What makes them beautiful is what you bring to them. So be sure you’re not just picking a location because it’s the trendy place to be. Pick something that brings out your beautiful self. Tip #3: the most important tip I can give you…When you are choosing the location for you senior photo shoot, the most important tip I can give you is this… When you feel confident, beautiful, happy and empowered you will bring beauty to the location no matter what location you choose to be at. The day of the photo shoot, remember all the hard work you’ve put in to finally make it to your senior year. Be proud of all you’ve accomplished and remember all the good memories and relationships you’ve made over the years. Tell yourself that the day of your senior pictures is a day to celebrate you and how far you’ve come. If you can go into your day with all of the positive energy the location of your senior photos will end up being 100 times more beautiful because you’re there. You bring perfection to the location and don’t you ever forget that!! Here are some past pictures I’ve taken at a variety of locations! Remember, find a location you are willing to drive to. Find a location that you feel comfortable in and that brings out your authentic self. And lastly, bring your beautiful positive energy to the shoot, because that truly makes all the difference! Let’s get in touch! I’d love to be a part of your senior picture VIP experience today.
